Thank you for your review martin it is greatly appreciated! As well as all the referrals that you are providing for me! When it comes to a basement, framing and drywalling is one of the quickest to do, the time delay will be in the taping. Junior as you all know by now, an amazing taper, can put 2 coats of taping compund onto a job, however, the humidity that comes off the plaster, makes the job that much more damp and causes the plaster to set slower. If you have a painted surface it does not allow the compound to breathe therefore takes even longer to dry. In saying that for any future projects just remember drytime is your delay. Thanks Brent so much for the review. Your basement was definitely a challenge, however, work would not be fun without challenges. These challenges cannot be completed by one mind only, it takes 2 or more to throw ideas around to make the job right and make it as safe as possible. My team works hard and they do a great job at helping me establish myself as well. Most importantly however is your review and your satisfaction of the job in hand which is greatly appreciated and very happy that you are happy. Thank you very much for your review. It was an interesting job based over email. But anything is possible and I'm very happy that my team was able to make it possible. Junior is a fantastic taper, very professional and I have no problem taking him to any job. He loves challenges and your house proved that. There were a lot of old to new joints and a lot of patch work, but junior managed to impress not only you, but me as well. Never fails. So thank you for the work the review and I hope everything turns out as great as the work that junior, Matt and brandon had completed in your home. Thanks very much for your review you certainly don't have to worry about your drywall falling off the wall, but in any case always up for a challenge and so is my crew.
