We were very impressed with their service -- from the helpful in-home estimate by Javier to the excellent customer service in their office (Charissa), to the prompt, thorough and high quality moving & packing teams led by Jonathan & Josh. We found the packing and moving team to be very professional, polite, clean and detail oriented. They found quick, effective solutions to some tricky furniture moving challenges that we had and were well organized and good natured. The company tells you everything clearly at the beginning, so there are no surprises later. For example, the customer is never charged for the movers' lunch breaks. All information and scheduling was confirmed with us in advance to ensure a smooth move. We were very impressed and would highly recommend them. They are a quality organization and can be trusted completely. We would use them again without hesitation.
