The level of service was extremely high. Service person, Aman, was very courteous, prompt and professional.

Company employee was very polite on the phone, both when visit was being scheduled, and when calling to ask whether service had been satisfactory.

Daniel came when I was expecting, which was great, I called and had someone here within 24 hours (it was not an emergency) Problem was diagnosed and fixed within an hour of his getting here. All of my questions were answered and I completely understood the problem. He worked quickly and was very clean. I will recommend him to other people in my building in the future.

Daniel was fantastic came faster than expected was a wonderful source of info. He did a great job.I would highly recommend Daniel and Mr Swirl to any of my neighbors , friends and family.

Found Mr Swirl on this site, and while the service was good, they were friendly, found the cost to be expensive. They ended up replacing a set of kitchen taps, which costs $500 for two hours of work including estimation time. While they did a very good job, I felt there price was expensive for the work done.

Shawn Cross replaced the hot water tank in one day even though we had a problem shutting off the water from the city - he was very efficient and did an immaculate job changing all the items above - he sold us a toilet that has a 2" flapper valve instead of 1 1/4" and it flushes like a commercial unit while using less water. It was a friendly experience at a reasonable price.

reading glasses fell into a flushing toilet. Shaun C (technician came and was very friendly and personable. He removed his boots and went to do his job. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything that he did. We really were happy with the job as Shaun got the glasses out of the toilet. He put everything back together and cleaned up. Great guy! Thank you! We had a badly corroded set of bathroom showertaps to be replaced and also a new drain. We were not sure how to proceed.Then our service tech from Mr. swirl{Shawn Cross}showed up. He was very professional and explained several options. I also had a dishwasher delivered from sears. They wanted $185 to install. Shawn saw i was having trouble and said he would do it for less them half what sears wanted. Before he left i droped another job on him {a new presure release valve} which he took in stride and gave us some very resonable quots. four jobs in one day. WOW!

Had a wonderful experience. Quick, friendly, professional. CLEAN. Shawn Cross was amazing - will recommend to others in a second. Will use this company again and again, after this great experience. Am so relieved to finally find a plumber I feel I can trust.

Shawn was friendly and professional and got the job done in reasonable time. Did an estimate, got the parts and finished quickly.
Also recommended some maintenance to be done on some old plumbing.

Mr. Swirl was called and Daniel and his associate reported to my home very quickly. Daniel's manner was professional and courteous and he seemed knowledgeable. We discussed the problem and fee. He proceeded to clear out the pipes, check his work and reported his findings. We both confirmed the problem was fixed and everything was left clean.

He also provided suggestions on how to prevent future problems and offered other services which were available.

I was very grateful that the problem was fixed so quickly!
