Impossible to contact, unresponsive, charged us for material we didn't receive

They seem really busy. Our problems with Burnco Landscape Centre in West Edmonton include:
-Just about impossible to get through on the phone
-Brought us the wrong product
-Other products we ordered never showed up but we were charged for them anyways
