Caliber West Renovations

We recently hired Caliber West to do a major renovation of our home. One of the things that stood out from the very beginning was Joey's passion, integrity and genuine commitment to ensuring we would love our newly renovated home. During the design phase Joey would sit us down and say "imagine this..." often with a great idea we hadn't thought of. That said, he also wanted to ensure we were 100% happy with all decisions regarding the design. The only caution around great ideas, is there's a cost and for this, we went over budget.

As this was a major renovation, we had periods of anxiety and found that Joey was always available to meet with us to answer any questions, which helped to keep us grounded. Joey genuinely cares.

Kim, the designer was nothing short of amazing! She went out of her way many times to ensure our selections were truly a reflection of what we liked (even when we weren't sure ourselves). If an item was outside our budget she somehow was able to find a similar product, same quality and at a better price. We're not sure what we would have done without Kim's help and we so enjoyed working with her.

Joey's team and trades people were wonderful, always cheerful, very respectful and hard working. Throughout the renovation our home was always swept and cleaned at the end of each day.

After Caliber West's renovation we feel like we are in a different house. Months later we still sit in different areas and can't believe this is the same house we started with.

Quality of workmanship is very important to Joey and was evident in his persistence to ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. From a one of a kind glass folding wall to a stunning kitchen, the list of fabulous transformations is many. Our house is now not only our dream home, but a jaw dropper to anyone who enters it.

Caliber West Renovations did a great job renovating our house. The final product looks great. We love our new kitchen and bathrooms along with all the other updates and improvements done. Joey and his team are professional, very friendly and completely trustworthy. They are always available for any questions and concerns. They do an amazing demolition with no mess and always clean up after every workday. We would definitely use Caliber West in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering renovatons.

We had two bathrooms renovated by Caliber West Renovations. Our bathrooms were dated and in disrepair. Caliber West completely gutted and transformed them to new, modern looking ones. We were very happy with the work done. The bathrooms turned out amazing. Joey and his team were very friendly, helpful, trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. The team provided quality work and excellent service. We would definitely use Caliber West again for future projects and would highly recommend them.

We hired caliber west to renovate almost the entire house, from flooring to the roof, bathrooms, the kitchen, you name it they did it and they did it well. The workers were courteous and professional. Joey was incredible in dealing with my wife's constant changes and he truly helped her bring her vision to life. His trades were fantastic too. I've heard of so many people having horrific experiences with their renovations, I can honestly say I cannot relate to their horror stories.

We were very happy with the work done by Caliber West Renovations on our three full bathrooms. Joey was professional and very personable, and his workers, Steve and Hank, were easy to get along with. They also did some extra work on various things around our house. We've had many comments from friends and family on how nice and modern our bathrooms look. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning on doing renovations to their home.

We hired Caliber west to restore leaking plumbing in all the bathrooms in a condominium complex. They did a great job and there were no complaints from the owners of the suites. All the coordination, plumbing and drywall work were done veryt professionally.
