We unfortunately had to tear down our garage due to another company’s shoddy workmanship, built before we purchased our house. It was beyond repair and after having several garage builders assess the situation, and getting three different quotes, we decided to go with Gecko Projects. Gecko was highly rated and came in substantially cheaper than the other quotes, including demolition. Derrick and crew made quick work of the project. Demolition was done in a single day. The concrete was poured and finished perfectly, and they even brushed the curb wall. It was amazing to watch the crew put the garage up so quickly. Framing, siding, roofing, electrical and OH door was done in three days. The attention to detail was great, and Derrick kept us informed with each phase of the build. The crew worked like a well oiled machine, and we are very happy with our new garage. I highly recommend Gecko Projects if you have a garage project!

Derrick and his team did an absolutely amazing job! Our 24x24 garage and 140 feet of fence were completed in record time and above expectations. Very happy with a 20x22 rear detached garage project by Gecko! The project included stucco siding and a 30x3 long concrete walkway to the house. The total price is very, very reasonable (considering the amount of concrete used and stucco being somewhat rarer these days). Build quality is excellent.

The key seller for me was communication. From the initial estimate to regular work updates, everything was consistent and timely with Derrick. This is very reassuring for anyone unsure which contractor to choose.

Brief timeline: Derrick came over for a site assessment at the end of July, any remaining details and specs were discussed very efficiently over email, and the contract was signed electronically in mid-Aug. Work started in early Sept and finished by the end of Sept.
