WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER....IT'S WORTH THE READ....AND PLEASE SHARE WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW
After much drama (i.e. police involvement), we finally received my parents furniture 4 weeks AFTER the date originally provided AND only after we retrieved it from the back alley of the store (not delivered to the home as paid for) as per the directions of the store owner (who was conveniently absent at the provided time). Many un-truths, threats (false police reports) and total disregard for customer service, timelines, satisfaction, truths etc.....WARNING - NEVER SHOP AT CORNERSTONE FURNITURE specifically Cambridge but the same owner for the one on Dundas in Toronto....spread the word! The absolute worst customer service and retail transaction I have ever been involved in or heard of. Apparently they don't care if our furniture was burned - it was paid for! Nice...
