Natures Paradise Landscaping And Property Maintenance No Longer In Business

after reading these wonderful reviews, I am sceptable about other vendors. Stay away from this company. These guys (particularly Karim) are not only dishonest, but un reliable. Victor should go on his own.

Their hands are clean after you pay them. Honestly, those people scoring these guys a 10 are probably Karimim's relatives. I noticed a comment from probably Karim saying that "Even your neibour said bla bla bla". Why the heck are you discussing my driveway with my neighbours? Doesnt that look a little unprofessional? I rather the vendor not have discussions about my driveway with my neighbours. Thats just common sense. Karim was out there talking with all my neighbours too, and that made me very nervous.

I need other services, but I have to wonder about the high ratings and the beautifully written testimonials of people about what a pleasant experience they had dealing with these guys. I have to really shake my head. Buyer Beware

We hired Natures Paradise to replace our existing front steps and walkway with stamped or decorative concrete (approx. 300 sq. ft.). Our initial experience with them was favourable, however, we are experiencing some serious problems with the work that they have done and have yet to receive a satisfactory response from them. The work started in October 2011 and was completed in November 2011. There were some delays and miscommunications; as one of the previous reviewers indicated, Karim is much less forthcoming than Victor. Karim at one point was quite rude to us because we raised some concerns about their approach and the way that the job was progressing. Although we were constructive, he became very defensive. He later apologized, but we found him to be lacking in sincerity and credibility. We were able to negotiate a small amount of extra work (parging foundation area around walkway) for a reasonable price. At the point of project completion, the end product looked good. HOWEVER, over the last two months the surface of the stamped concrete has started to deteriorate. The surface is flaking is many areas on the walkway and step creating a very unsightly patch-like appearance. The edge along the driveway is deteriorating (softening/pitting/chipping) in a few areas. We sent out emails with photos to all of Natures Paradises contacts, including the office, Karim and Victor. We did not receive a response. After several attempts, we managed to reach Karim by cell phone. His initial comment was that these issues were a 'normal part of the concrete settling process. It is obvious that there is nothing 'normal' about the deteriorating condition of this work, so I can only assume that this was Karim's attempt to downplay or completely 'wash his hands' of this issue. At the end of our phone discussion with Karim, he stated that he had just returned from vacation and needed a few days to review our email, then he would get back to us. That was well over a week ago and we have not heard back from anyone at Natures Paradise. Our step and walkway continue to deteriorate.

At this point, I have no option but to advise that you DO NOT do business with Natures Paradise. If there is a satisfactory resolution to our issues, I will re-post. At this time, I have very serious doubts about the professionalism and quality of workmanship associated with this organization.

Its been over a year now and we have had some many people and neighbours compliment our new driveway and our outdoor back yard patio when entertianing! The price was the best we got the service was excellent would definately highly recommend to all thaqt ask. Thanks guys for sduch a great job.

I would highly recommend using them. We had our backyard done with decorative concrete walkout basement and side stairs. Very professional called ahead before job started and finished in a timely manner. Had used other contracts before, they don't measure up. Job is amazing we get compliments all the time when we are entertaining.

I was very impressed with Natures Paradise. The owner Victor was very professional, reliable and his employees along with himself were very hard working. They completed the job within a good timeframe and cleaned up afterwards. Their quotation was not only competitive but the best out of three companies I had contacted. I was very impressed with their work and have recommended them to both family and friends. Thanks again!

Very quick demo of driveway and path, best driveway, with armour stone sides, nice landscaping overall. We liked the first job we called these guys again for our back garden. Pattern concrete patio, deck, a pond with slate stone waterfall. The attention to detail and communication was exceptional. Our home is the envy of our neighbours. Also did my parents drive pattern concrete with armour stone sides and waterproofing basement wall. You have our business and referals for life. Thank you will attach photos in the summer.
