The notion of doing a job right the first time is a radical concept to his workers. Seemed to be a parade of assorted workers to complete what the previous worker left.
When the new heated floor didn't work he did attempt to redo it. Hired cheaper inexperienced labour that made a mess trying to replicate the work his other laborer did. He refused to have the work meet industry standards according to 2 estimates for us to redo his work.
During rewiring of the new floor we contracted for, live exposed wiring was found at the new electrical panel he installed. A potential for a disastrous house fire was accidently detected and corrected.
This contractor does not use reliable labor and these people are still out there working and thinking they are doing a good job.

After a much needed reno I decided to shop around. Every contractor that I brought in tried to up-sell me until a friend recommended Alberto. The work done was excellent and by a wonderful person who takes things very personal and makes sure the work is done to what I wanted without
the boring up-selling others tried to do. I got even more that want I really asked for. I will definitely recommend him to do any reno job. the job was well done. Thanks

An associate recommended Alberto at Sweet home. I was planning to have bathroom a reno, but before I was ready to begin I had an old toilet that malfunctioned and I needed it replaced immediately. I contacted Alberto to ask what should be done. He recommended I just change the toilet until I was ready to move forward with the whole project and he personally came and did the toilet for me at cost because I was unprepared as of yet to proceed with the entire reno. He was kind and gracious and you can be sure that when it's time to complete the project Sweet Home Spaces will get my business.

didn't come anywhere close to projected timelines but Sweethome had some great ideas, designs well and the finished product exceeded our expectations ..expect additional costs above quote...and expect delays...but also expect top quality work and at the end of the day - good value and satisfaction with the job...we are pleased
