Our eavestroughs were in bad shape and needed to be completely replaced. Bronson Johnson answered our request for an estimate quickly and gave us a few different options with a range of prices. They explained how proper positioning, larger downspouts and leaf guards would help with our specific issues and answered our many, many questions patiently and informatively, allowing us to make a decision confidently. When they arrived to do the job, they were on time, professional, and neat. Weather challenges (high winds and heavy snow) unavoidably delayed completion for a few days but they kept in communication with us so we knew exactly when they would be back to finish the job, even replacing a segment crossing the roof with a better colour match.
