Bottom line: Downspout repair was completed within the week and done very well within budget as promised.
Details: A plugged downspout had burst and needed to be repaired. Efficient communications all by e-mail for this small, but for us, important job. When someone knows what they are doing and then they do it well, it makes all the difference. Thank you Bronson Johnson. Expert, excellent work.
