An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We were very satisfied with the excellent service: well explained, well executed and good clean-up. All of the crew were helpful, cordial, professional and professional: always took the time to explain what they were doing and they were funny-humour is always appreciated. Fabien explained in detail the process and showed us the eavestrough material to be used. They also arrived on time the day of the install. We had another company come to give us a quote but we were very impressed about how professional, knowledgeable and passionate Fabien is about his work. He also gave us a fair quote (although he should have given us a discount due to slow return of phone call).
