As a renovator/contractor ( Novispec Development) I have used Moldpro now 4 or 5 times to remove mold from houses where I was working. From small jobs in a bathroom to a large basement job. they have done it all. I use them time and again because they do a good job and I like Peter. There have been no problems with them at all.

We initially hired this company to test the insulation for asbestos. Turned out it was positive for asbestos, so we hired them to remove it. Everything went well. They were organized and professional. it seemed like they knew what they were doing.

I called two companies for quotes on an asbestos remediation. There was a house that needed to be demolished, with asbestos within the building. The government insists that you must remediate a home that is scheduled for demo. MoldPro performed the remediation to the satisfaction of Alberta Health standards.

We have hired Moldpro several times to do some commercial testing on the air quality in various work environments. Peter’s costs are always competitive and he does very good work.

We have had our basement flood 3 times now. Once from a sewer backup, and twice due to weather issues. We used them all three times. My daughter saw their booth at a home show and suggested them the first time. They removed moldy drywall, took out all the flooring and Applied antimicrobial biocides. Work was done on time and very cleanly.

I have hired them to do a variety of jobs over the years. They do all types of remediation, mold, asbestos. etc. They are reliable and good to work with.

My duct work was wrapped in asbestos. I called and got a few quoted. I liked Peter, he was nice and since his costs were pretty much the same as everyone else’ I went with him. They tented off the area for the day and got rid of it.

I found Mold Pro Inc in the yellow pages, after finding asbestos during the demo. I selected a few to come by and give quotes. Peter impressed me with his expertise, he understood my needs and issues as he had been a former builder. His cost was competitive, he was on time. Good business arrangement.

I got a referral from a co worker. I got several quotes from other companies. Mold Pro was reasonably priced, all prices were fairly close, but felt better with them because of the word from someone who knew his work.

In Dec of 2012, we noticed some molding against an outer wall of my toddler's room. We called a few places to check this out urgently and they were all either all booked up or if they came, they estimated costs of approx. $10,000 with an immediate contract sign up on the spot to secure the resources, costs and an upfront deposit of 50% or prices and availability may change. The area was very tiny and couldn't be more than 2 feet wide just on the baseboard edges. When I called MoldPro, Peter came the same day, was professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He did a thorough investigation, was quick to action the plan to get the work done immediately, cut out the area, seal off the room and set up the system to suck up the air to get rid of the mold and even recommended a contractor to repair the area after the mold removal. After the removal, they cleaned up and he gave great prevention advice as well.
