Most pest control services can be costly and mostly these are issues we don't plan for or budget for. Addison was worth the money.
Very responsive. Immediate response to email request for consultation. Jay called and did an intake assessment. Answered questions. Sent someone out the next morning. Courteous, professional, in PPE (COVID19 precautions), maintained distancing. We had tons of questions, and all were answered. We were made to feel important, a priority and respected. They offered a three month guarantee (rodent issue). Follow up call done by Jay. More questions from me. More answers from them. They freely volunteered that we call back (in about a month) If we have any issues and they will return. Much better than our experience with another large Pest Control Company.
