I had some bed bug like bites and called Addison. When Dusty came to make an inspection she was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. At the end it appeared to be carpet beetles larvae that caused the problem. Dusty explained where it could come from and how to deal with it.
I was very satisfied with the service.
