I found Alex / A&R renovations though his strong ratings on Homestars, and going with him was an easy choice after interviewing several different contractors. We started with just the bathroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs as a trial, and I quickly expanded the scope to include the remaining 2 levels in the house based on his work.
