Dave was returned our call the same day and was very knowledgeable regarding our system.He was at our house the next day and ready to simplify our media components and after resetting the program we now have a much more user friendly system. He spent the time to understand our needs and patiently explained that we didn't need a new system just a rejig!..Dave didn't try to upsell us and as a result we didn't end up buying any new components.
We will definitely be calling him again when we move and set up our next multi media system! Thanx again Dave
