I paid for some work to be done in my kitchen as I had a renovation from hell.
The carpenter they sent was always late , left work early for the day , which caused me to pay for more time.
They brought some material but charged me 30 percent more than the original price they paid for it.
I would not use them again or refer them

I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received. Unfortunately if you don't inform our company that you had such issues then we don't have the opportunity to rectify them. As for the material cost, if you purchase the handyman of the day service it is for 7.5 hours for labor only per day. All materials are an additional cost. If you require the handyman to purchase your materials then we charge a 30% handling fee on top of the cost of materials to pick them up for you. This is stated in all email correspondence for the daily handyman services and disclosed by our customer service team upon booking. If there is an issue with your invoice pertaining to the hours of service please feel free to contact our office directly and request to speak with our finance department to correct any discrepancies with your invoice.
