move Richmond Hill to Richmond Hilll
I see all the great reviews and wonder??? Yes, fantastic guys great personalities and one of the guys could talk to you all day instead of move furniture. They were tired and sore from a previous day move and of course it rained that day. By the end of the day they were just dumping our stuff anywhere. I had to ask for legs to be put back on couches and there was resistance to put the king bed together even though these were all promised when coming out to review our requirements for the move. I was also told I could pay by Visa and in fact it's on the contract. At the end of moving day when getting my credit card I was told they don't take visa and only cheque. This was a huge hassle and unfortunately I didn't have the contract handy at the end of that long disasterous moving day. I wasn't planning on writing a review at all but yesterday I came across the contract and I am mad about it all over again. I thought others should know too.

Hi Mary and Jim,
I am sorry to hear about all these issues months after we moved you into your new home. I apologize about the miscommunication over payment but we gladly accepted a post dated cheque which was post dated to the date you chose. However the other claims seem undeserved. The dining room set, living room set and basement bedroom which were not going to be moved at the time of the walk through, on the morning of the move were now being moved. We also used our cartons to help pack your stuff up because you were "overwhelmed and stressed" from the basement fiasco at your new place. While discussing your basement issues you asked if we could take all the basement bedroom sets, gym equipment and treadmill as well as all the other misc items up to the 3 rd floor while the issue was being resolved. We gladly obliged and even called in an extra guy for the unload. Never once did we ask for a penny more for all the extra work we did on the day to help you on your relocation. All the beds were put back together as well as the antique canopy bed. At the end of the job Jim even got out the birthday cake, sang Happy Birthday with us and offered us a cold beverage for a job well done. I am sorry that you felt we gave you a disservice and would have rather done the job for free if i knew you would post exaggerations about our company and characters online. We have worked many long days and nights away from our families building up this company and a name that people can trust. I hope that you, Jim and the kids are well and that you have settled into the new place and hope the basement issues have been sorted out..Regards
