We had a 20-year-old fireplace pilot starter not want to turn on. Initially, my husband and I called another company to give us their recommendations and service the fireplace. The original company gave us the wrong time scheduled for the servicing showing up early and not calling us when they arrived. When I called them, they said I made the mistake and made us wait another week before they came back. They told us that they had to buy several parts costings us well over $1,000 and to consider buying a new one. Something didn’t feel right when we were told this, so before considering buying a new one, we called Imran for a second opinion. Boy was I glad that I did that!! Imran came on time, did not have to replace any parts, he was well mannered, honest, good to deal with and knowledgeable. After telling him my frustration with the other company, I could tell he cared to do his best to help us. He told us the previous service technician did not connect the wires correctly.
