My husband found Imran on HomeStar website! We have been using the gas fireplace for years. We noticed this season that the fan made a louder noise! We called Imran he came two days later! He was prompt and tidy. He showed me all the things that were wrong with my fireplace. He cleaned everything, plus spray painted the inside of the fireplace black, added more embers so the fire looks more real! He cleaned the inside of the glass! Wow what a differents?
