After 10+ years of having an unused gas fireplace in the basement, we were selling the property and needed to get it going again. He meticulously disassembled the fireplace and then carefully investigated the cause. While warning me that having not been fired up in 10+ years, there could be many causes for not igniting, he would see what he could do to accomplish the repair at minimal cost to me. 2 hours later he had removed accumulated dust, debris, spider webs and corrosion. Joints and couplings had been cleaned and refitted. Piece by piece the fireplace was reassembled and for the first time in over a decade a beautiful fire danced before me.
