I can't say enough good things about the service provided by Robert and his crew of Shane and Al. They moved me from my home of 37 years, stored my things in the truck overnight, moved items to my storage unit and my new home. Their professionalism and kindness were beyond anything I had expected. Robert is an incredible gentleman who does your company proud. He stopped by several times prior to the moving day to ensure all was being packed properly and dropped off packing materials and gave tips.
He made a very difficult event much easier to get through. Thank you Robert.

When my boyfriend and I found out back in May we'd be moving from Sudbury to Whitby we considered hiring a moving company to cut down on stress. What we hadn't counted on was that every company we called couldn't give us a specific date for pick up and also wanted to keep our belongings in storage until they could deliver it at their soonest convenience. After going through almost our entire list we discussed just moving ourselves with help from a friend.

I happened to give Your Action Movers a call to finish off my list and they were the only company that offered same day delivery! Robert bent over backwards to give us the date we requested and when moving day came him and his associate Al were fantastic. Friendly, professional, punctual, handled our belongings with care, the amount they quoted us had no hidden fees, we couldn't have asked for more!

If we were ever to relocate again we would definitely be contacting Your Action Movers because the overall experience took so much pressure off of us!

Everything went as we discussed, nothing was damaged, you were good to your word in making wardrobe boxes and other packing material available and your team made sure any packing we had completed that was deficient was corrected. You were also great at the Ottawa end where you wanted to ensure beds were setup and heavy pieces of furniture were placed in the right spots. Thanks for all of that.

Our initial contact when I was shopping for a mover was good and my decision to work with you was rewarded in the way the whole process worked out. We received about eight quotes for our move from Toronto Beaches to Grimsby in Niagara region. We were suspicious of a few of the lower priced bids because they did not estimate distance and travel time accurately. Though Your Action Movers was not the lowest, their quote was believable and fair. I also appreciated the sincerity of Robert’s emails and phone calls as we negotiated terms and scheduling. When he called the day before our move, he was calm and reassuring. Robert and his two assistants, Luke and Shane, worked very hard on a very hot day.

Robert is a master and handled unexpected issues very well. Everything was securely packed and everything arrived safely. High traffic volume and road construction extended the travel time but I know that they couldn’t have reached Grimsby any faster than they did. We don’t think we could have made a better choice than Robert and Your Action Movers.

I guess you guys are all looking for a good moving Company to help you out. I want to share my experience with "Your Action Movers", as below:

I moved from Brampton, ON to Smiths Falls, ON with "Your Action Movers". After getting quotes and numbers from about 30 moving company's, whether big or small around the GTA region, I found that Your Action Movers" was the only Company that provided me with the best price and an excellent service commitment.

I went forward and called Robert, and after speaking with him, I felt a promising sense of the warm service and great professionalism. My move was realized on the due date and the your action movers team was at my home, right at the committed time. All my belongings, big or small, including expensive furniture and electronics was wrapped and packed up professionally, securely and loaded on their big truck safely and very time efficiently. They also allowed me to use several of their supplies including Closet Boxes, Bubble Wraps, Boxes and Blankets to name a few. I did not have to touch a single piece of my belongings during the whole packing, unpacking, loading and unloading process. Robert and Jay were very warm, clean and professional and got along well with my family, which was all facilitated by their warm personality and professional behavior.

Loading of the truck was done, believe it or not, before the scheduled time and Robert and Jay already hit the highway right on time. They reached Smiths Falls, again on the promised time and parked their truck securely at a site.

The truck was unloaded, piece by piece in a very planned manner and my furniture was unpacked and assembled together in close to no time. My new home was left neat and clean by the Robert, and he assured my 100% satisfaction, before I even made any payments !

Your action movers has a very professional and well trained team, and I would like to say that me, being a health care professional, will recommend Robert's team of "Your Action Movers" any time, with No second thoughts in my mind.

I moved from the GTA to the Collingwood area, specifically Meaford.
Robert, from “Your Action Movers” contacted me very quickly and began advising me on my move. He was able to give me a flat-rate quote after I had emailed him a list of my home contents and offered wardrobe boxes to save packing all the clothes.
The date was set, but later changed without any problem.
On move day, the truck arrived on time with Robert and 2 other men. They proceeded to organize the move, wrapping delicates with padded blankets etc. They were open to questions and checked rooms thoroughly.
They arrived at the new home before us, and brought in the furniture, placing it in the directed rooms. Everything was unwrapped and the boxes taken away.
Everything was dealt with in an efficient manner.
Although moving is a stressful time, I would like to recommend Robert and his team to help you through it, with professionalism and care, at a fair price.
