My sale rep Constantine was friendly informative and not pushy. The price point was very good and i am happy with the product. The windows look nice inside and out. The installers were friendly and did the job fast and right. The order only took 3 weeks to arrive. I will recommend Vinyl Window Pro to all my friends.

Yuri presented a very competitive quote. His product knowledge helped us determine the correct window style and type of doors that suited and matched our needs. Stephen and Vadim were very professional at the installation. They were very focused as a team and were very efficient. They took their time, nothing was rushed. They talked little and worked diligently. They also ensured all was cleaned up afterwards. The front door frame had some damage during shipping. The front door install was delayed, Yiuri was up front and honest. Rather than repair and hide the defect they ordered a new part. It was refreshing to see a dedicated, honest and efficient company do exactly what they promised.

Vinyl Window Pro did a wonderful job on our two side by side bay windows. They have updated the look of our home and look great both inside and out. It is now our favourite room in the house because it is so warm and bright. They were efficient and did a good job of the clean up. Thanks so much!!

Excellent quality products, Fair pricing and top quality installation. Any questions were answered in a timely manner and always easy to deal with. I was kept up to date on production timelines and given options for installation dates that suited me. I would use them again (I actually am, should have decided to get my doors done at the same time).

We are so pleased with our new Vinyl Pro windows. Our 33 year old home is warm and quiet. Our experience with this company has been exceptionally positive from the decision making process through the installation. The windows and sliding door are of high quality and beautiful in design. The installers were very professional, never taking a break in 3 days of work, demonstrating excellent skills and cleaning up after themselves. It is amazing to look out at our beautiful yard through these windows. If you choose this company, you will be happy.

We desparatly needed new windows. On days what it was very cold our panes would frost up in between the glass. Even on noo cold days there was still moisture and you could never really see out of our windows. We got a call from a company offereing a promotion so I thought it couldn't hurt to get an estimate. Talking to friends and family I thought we would be looking at about 10 or 15 thousand dollars to replace 9 windows in our home. I was very surprised when Tisha gave us the estimate just over $5000. All of the windows we got open too! Once we put down our deposit they came out 2 days later to do the exact measuments and ordered our windows. When the windows were built they called us and had them installed the following week. So we only had wait about a month and a half. I think that is very reasonable since the windows had to be built specifically to fit our home. Because we had them installed in November it took 2 days. But they were super fast. They arrived at our home at 9:30 am and had finished puttin in all the windows by about 1pm. THen came all the finishing and grouting which went into the second day. I was nice because Tisha came back the day they were finishing up just to check out the worksmanship and asked how we liked them Very good cusomer service. He even had the patience to check every window to ensure it opened properly, there were a couple that needed adjustments. Now I can see out my windows! No more forsty panes!

We were plagued with a really dark front door entry and a squeeky sliding glass door in the kitchen & door (both oddly on the same wall). Vinyl Window Pro came in at the best price and we knew they do good work as they have a fantastic reputation in Calgary already so we booked the service with them.
Now that we have our new door and 12 ft kitchen window/sliding glass door, we LOVE it. There's so much light in the foyer, the kitchen sliding door opens without a sound and is much more efficient than what we used to have. Yuri & his team are an ultra professional crew to work with. We will definately recommend this company to all our friends and families. They made sure rest of the working space left clean druing cutting our basement concrete to install an e-glass window. They cleaned up after their job completed. People that did our works were very nice and friendly as well.
