We got about six estimates when we decided to have our furnace replaced. Nathan at Pete the plumber was very professional and educated us in the best furnace for our living space. I feel when you want someone to do something to the inside of your house you want to like that person and I found Nathan very likable. The furnace was installed within two weeks of our estimate completed after the inspection was done by the city we had to have them come back for some minor cover for a wall. They were very prompt in fixing their mistake and it only took about an hour to correct If we ever need to have our hot water tank replaced Pete the plumber will be the place we will call.

We had terrible windows some which leaked when it rained. It's nice to be educated in what your buying. We were told what our options were and what was best for our home and why as well as the cost. We were not just thrown a paper with a quote on it. We had wonderful service with Vynel Pro they were even flexible in the install on the weekend which was great because u I have a home business. When we decide to replace the last couple windows we will defiantly give them a call again!

We desparatly needed new windows. On days what it was very cold our panes would frost up in between the glass. Even on noo cold days there was still moisture and you could never really see out of our windows. We got a call from a company offereing a promotion so I thought it couldn't hurt to get an estimate. Talking to friends and family I thought we would be looking at about 10 or 15 thousand dollars to replace 9 windows in our home. I was very surprised when Tisha gave us the estimate just over $5000. All of the windows we got open too! Once we put down our deposit they came out 2 days later to do the exact measuments and ordered our windows. When the windows were built they called us and had them installed the following week. So we only had wait about a month and a half. I think that is very reasonable since the windows had to be built specifically to fit our home. Because we had them installed in November it took 2 days. But they were super fast. They arrived at our home at 9:30 am and had finished puttin in all the windows by about 1pm. THen came all the finishing and grouting which went into the second day. I was nice because Tisha came back the day they were finishing up just to check out the worksmanship and asked how we liked them Very good cusomer service. He even had the patience to check every window to ensure it opened properly, there were a couple that needed adjustments. Now I can see out my windows! No more forsty panes!
