I had a good experience with Vinyl Window Pro in June 2014. Their representative Yuri was great! He gave me a quote right on the spot! His pricing was actually 10%-15% cheaper then other local companies might give! The installation process was complete in 3 days instead of (estimated time) 5 days! And we were quite happy with it! Timur and his installation crew's work was professional, fast and efficient! They cleaned everything up at the end of the project both inside and out. All looks great! With the new windows installed, we noticed a big reduction in our energy usage! We got a good warranty on the product and service! We are confident with our selection for the long term!

I had to replace 10 windows, 1 patio door and a front door. I did choose Vinyl Window Pro because it's a reasonable company to deal with! I know Yuri for many years! Always good communication and also you can tell, this guys care about doing a good job! Yuri took the measurements and gave me a good pricing on everything! In the same day we ordered windows and doors! The installation process was very efficient and very professional! It being a pleasure to deal with salesman Tisha from Vinyl Window Pro! He is a professional and helpful guy! We decided to change 2 doors (front door and a side door) in our house in June 2014. Tisha gave us an estimate, the price was right and decision being made! We got the installation date somewhere after 2 weeks and installers arrived as scheduled! The installation process doesn't take long and my wife was quite happy how clean installers (Vaso and another guy) were working! We are happy with a product and service! Tisha's team replaced my old leaky windows with Low E Argon-filled UV resistant casement windows. The seals are tight and our heating bill has been noticeably reduced. Quality workmanship

We went to Vinyl window Pro for the second time because they did a great job for a fair price in 2011 when they replaced a door and window with a patio door plus replaced 3 other windows. When we decided to do an entire main floor renovation we did not even go to any other window company, we just had Vinyl Window Pro come do this job. There were a couple of anticipated challenges with our job so we had design plans and a city permit drawn up. The 2 new doors were installed and only needed some adjustment later on. I absolutely love the blinds inside the doors! We had our kitchen window enlarged and brand new window cut into our dining area as well. Although there were some issues with the support of these windows, Vinyl Window Pro was very responsive to our concerns and immediately dealt with it to our complete satisfaction. Yuri even called me to follow up and wish me Merry Christmas. We chose to use a different trim than what Vinyl Window Pro provides (although theirs is also very nice) and would have posted this review sooner except we only accomplished finishing the trim this week. I would definitely recommend Vinyl Window Pro (and I already have).

Last year I needed to have 9 windows replaced. I decide to deal with Vinyl Window Pro! I never regret it! From the salesman Konstantin to the installer Timur and his crew they were all very professional and good mannered. I'm really pleased with my new windows! The product is much better than what I had.

I got positive experience with Vinyl Window Pro in April 2014. They had promotional price on that time and I did replace 6 windows! Sales rep. Jeremy was friendly and processional, he gave me a good estimate! Installer Vaso and hes helpers did a great job! Guys started working promptly right after arrived and cleaned everything well, after the job was done! The product itself also is really good and durable!
