Vinyl Window Pro

The vinyl pro crew were great from start to finish. Tisha was a great consultant who explained the whole process to us about getting out 4 windows replaced. We had a few questions and issues through the whole process and he was always quick to return calls. The installation crew was amazing, super polite and courteous to the condo complex. They got the windows installed quick and done right and then cleaned up after they were done. Vinyl Pro was also quick to act on our behalf when we had a miscommunication with the condo board and needed a minor change. All in all a great experience. They came recommended to us and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a good experience with Vinyl Window Pro for 8 windows and a sliding door. They were purchased & installed in summer 2013. The salesman Konstantin was polite and knowledgeable. The Installation crew was punctual and worked fast and efficiently! They cleaned up after everything was complete! Thank you!

We have changed 6 windows with Vinyl Window Pro in august 2014 (we got some cutouts for the basement windows). Sales representative Jeremy was very good! I got what I was looking for by the quality and at design point! We also already noticed the heating and cooling savings after some time! At the winter cold weather doesn't bother us that much anymore. It's always warm at the basement level in a winter and cool in a hot summer time! Installation crew supervised by Vaso worked promptly and efficiently. They cleaned surrounding area very well after the job was complete. I got a good experience with this company and also recommended them to my friend! He got his new windows as well!

We replaced 3 windows and our front door using Vinyl Window Pro. I relied on the reviews noted for this company on this website and was not dissappointed. We are very pleased with the product and with all the people involved. Konstantein was a great first contact and supplied us with a most fair estimate for the job. The work was completed on exact day, within the timeframe quoted, by a very competent father/son installation team. We will be contacting Vinyl Window Pro again for our next job (new sliding glass doors!)
