•Feb. 2, 2012, the date they measured the template and the date that I gave them $1025.00 deposit.
•April 11, 2012 to respond to my phone calls and to install the granite top. The counter top was cut incorrectly, leaving an 1/2 " behind the slide in stove, but tricked me into paying by having me stand back while they took pictures.
•April, one week later, they arrived without tools. They pushed and shoved the countertop without success. When they were trying to make the stove "fit", the cupboards became out of alignment. The stove still does not "fit" but this time the gap is on an angle. I have phoned consistently, but as before the countertop arrived, they do not answer my phone calls. It is now May 22, I can still not use my kitchen because the granite top was not cut correctly, and the cupboards are now out of alignment... so I cannot install the sink nor the DW. All I want is that they return my money (cash) and remove the countertop. I call leaving a senior woman for months without a kitchen is not taking responsibility and creul and nasty. I registered a complaint with BBB, but they did not respond.
