At the beginning everything was amazing. I thought to myself  this is going to be a great experience but boy was I wrong. They have zero respect for time were always late except for the first few visits. Constant excuses for every problem  I faced. I had crown moulding done and the carpenter tried to pass off a very bad cut saying he had to join two pieces together because of length.  I called him out because I knew better and they came a few weeks later to fix the piece.

I sent a door for repairs it was several months I emailed and they "thought " I was taken care of. We are at the one year mark the quality is absolutely terrible this product is not built to be used. The only plus side is the owner Todd answers emails really fast.

I wish I spent the extra money to have my kitchen redone I am so unsatisfied with what I got. Due to all the problems I don't even want repairs done so  I don't have to deal with them.

If you do use them make sure you look around because corners are cut. Some of my family were going to use them but I can't put them through the headache.
