Several years ago, one of my garage door cables snapped. The company I dealt with gave me a firm quote over the phone but the repairman used a number of questionable tactics to inflate the final bill. When the same cable snapped in early July of this year, I steeled myself for another unpleasant experience. This time, however, I first checked HomeStars and selected Easy Flip Garage Doors based on their favourable reviews and their “10” rating.

The difference between the two experiences was night and day. Not only did Mike not try to get me to buy anything that I did not need, but he actually discouraged me from changing parts unnecessarily. In addition to the repair, he inspected the garage door and the garage door opener, tightened all of the brackets on the garage door, tightened the garage door opener chain and lubricated all of the rollers. Our 23-year old garage door has never worked so smoothly. Mike also recommended an off-the-shelf lubricant (available at Canadian Tire) so that I could maintain the garage door myself. And, as if all of this was not enough, Easy Flip Garage Door had a very generous Groupon offer. In short, I too am giving Easy Flip Garage Doors a “10” rating and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Excellent Service. Showed up exactly when promised. Fixed the problem and serviced the doors quickly and gave me some good advice. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

great experience with this company they came installed my garage opener they were the best priced and after the install he even helped me tune my other garage door opener that was making noise for free and suggested i replace the rollers that were shaky , both my garage door openers barely make any noise now
