This my second time using Easy flip garage Door Inc. for different repairs. I used them as I had purchased vouchers from Wagjag. Mike was the technician that came out twice to service the garage door. I want to say that both times I was very happy with the service. Mike was prompt, explained the situation and fixed the problem. Sometimes leery of technicians but Mike was awesome. He was professional, explained what the issue was and was very nice. So when I saw that it was Mike who had come out the second time I knew I was in good hands. Thank you again.

I was able to arrange a full installation while living outside the country for my parents house. Jane was very understanding and willing to discuss all details of the service via email.

For any project to be successful in your home, it requires communication and understanding from both parties. This service provider understood budget limitations and ensured thorough understanding of my needs. I'd hire them again for my next garage door.

Yheir technician was courteous and accommodating. I had to work, so I worried about not being here to make sure I wouldn't be up-sold. Instead, the technician confirmed that all I needed was a spring replaced.

They replaced both springs, did a quick maintenance on the opener we had (which is over 25 years old) and was nice enough to change our access code as well!

All of this was done while I was at work! And, for exactly what was quoted!!!

We had Mike come over to repair our garage door opener and replace the springs on our door. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was safe and working properly. Our opener will need to be replaced in the near future and I will certainly be calling Mike to come and install that for us.

Our garage door wouldn't open and we didn't have an emergency release. Found Easy Flip here on HomeStars and very glad we did. Mike came over when he said he would, after calling ahead. He was efficient in getting the door opened and identifying the problem - the motherboard in the opener was fried, likely due to an electrical surge. He installed an emergency release and then came back a couple of weeks later to replace the motherboard. He also went out of his way to lubricate the tracks, fix a switch that had never worked since installation and addressing every one of my concerns. I was left a very happy customer and just wanted to show my gratitude here.

So since Wednesday I contacted the company and unfortunately, they were booked solid (which shows their workmanship A++). I came home from a late shift and my garage door wouldn't open. I contacted the company that maintained GREAT communication to ensure they found a time to meet my immediate needs. Timely, EXCELLENT customer service and HONEST!! Please use them or you'll regret it. As a single mom you don't just trust ANY and ANY contractor. BUT, I waited until this morning where Good Ol' Mike saved me from having to start my car early and trek my baby up my front door stairs. THANK YOU Easy Flip:-) Always pleases with my service and recommendations.

Quote was friendly and relaxed. Michael came back to do a color check. Michael and Zee were there when they promised and extremely respectful and industrious, working hard on a cold January day. New doors work great. We're pleased.

This company did a great job installing a new lock for my garage door. Everyone from Mike the technician to Jane at the front office were very understanding, patient, and professional. With my home up for sale, I needed the work done professionally and they certainly came through. They even came back a second time when I had used the wrong key to try to open it and couldn't figure out why.

Had trouble with my door a few times and used this company to fix. They were great each time, honest and punctual. Finally needed a new one and again they were great. Our metal garage door had a dent that over time got worse. It wouldn't close smoothly and finally just stopped. I called Easy Flip on a Sunday night and Mike came the next day! He installed a strut which solved our issue. Thanks so much Easy Flip!
