I needed two hinges replaced on one garage door plus weather stripping along one side. My on-line request for an appointment was responded to within an hour even though it was in the evening I submitted the request. Mike, the technician, followed up to ensure he understood my request and he even called me to say he was on the way to my house. He presented himself as a professional in every respect, did a first rate job in replacing the hinges and weather stripping. He even took the time to paint the heads of the screws around both doors to hide the signs of rusting as well as lubricated both of the doors moving parts.
The quality of work was everything I expected and more. The overall cost was much less than anticipated. I felt I did get great value for the invoiced amount. I would highly recommend this company.
