Grading, stone patio and walkway, cascading step and fence
On Thanksgiving weekend we tore the deck off the back of the house and realized we had a pretty serious grading issue. I gave Angelo a call and he was quick to respond and was at the house within' the week to have a look and provide a quote. Being so late in the season we were eager to get started ASAP. Angelo and his team were able to accommodate us and started the project soon after his initial visit. Angelo was there in person working nearly every single day and if he was not present he was easy to reach by telephone if I had any questions or concerns. It was refreshing to deal with a contractor who was so easy to communicate with.
Being so late in the season we obviously experienced some weather delays. Angelo always had his eye to the sky and i was never left wondering when or if they would show up, he was always one step ahead of me. The crew was also very personable and punctual.
Everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. This was greatly appreciated by not only us but our neighbours as well.
The project wasn't cut and dry. There were a lot of layers and some other tradespeople for Angelo and the crew to work around but everything ran smoothly.
The end product is a beautiful stone patio and walkway with a proper grade. A well built cascading step with a built-in bench and a new fence. Very pleased. So pleased in fact that we've already been talking with Angelo and have booked him to redo the front yard in this summer.
