we had a home security system installed on Dec 22/15, the day after we ordered the system. The installation was quick. I was very impressed with Chelsee, whom I spoke to over the phone. She is very knowledgeable , polite, and very easy to talk to. Her great way of speaking to me, the customer, was one of the main reasons for ordering this security system. We are quite comfortable with our system.

Moving into a new home and needed a home alarm system. We haven't met with the technician yet for installation but I could not wait to write a review about the experience with the salesperson, Jennifer. She was such a pleasure to deal with (over phone and email), and was very quick to respond to all my questions. Due to her quick response time and stellar customer service, we decided to go with CSP rather than stay with our current provider.

Great customer service.Instalation very clean explained how to use the system very easy to use love the digital display easy to read.Ordered and installed within 24 hours.Would recommend this company.

Great and friendly service. excellent quality product. Our package included free installation and some hardware. Part of the package were 3 door monitors. Unfortunately, we only have 2 doors and had to pay extra for a window sensor. If they were to substitute the door monitor for the window monitor at no cost, that would have made more sense.
