Friendly and knowledgeable. We knew the pump had to be replaced as pump was not humming. We were only available in the evenings. Yevhen made himself available one evening and completed the work same night as parts were readily available with him. He cleaned the hoses first to make sure pump was real issue. He showed me some rusty shock absorbers that he recommended to change within a year before it damages the drum. I would contact him again if any more appliance issues.

They are very good at returning calls when the process is initiated. But once you hand your deposit, they are almost difficult to get a hold of or they don't return calls. 9 months after job was completed I placed several calls and emailed about some deficiencies as it is still under warranty. There were big cracks in the concrete, the grout between flagstones were cracking and turning into powder. They did not return any calls or message. 2 months later I'm still waiting.

Great and friendly service. excellent quality product. Our package included free installation and some hardware. Part of the package were 3 door monitors. Unfortunately, we only have 2 doors and had to pay extra for a window sensor. If they were to substitute the door monitor for the window monitor at no cost, that would have made more sense.
