Please please read this. I will let the reader judge. I will just state the facts in hopes of saving another person from a nightmare. During Covid my spring broke on my garage door- I called Prestige Garage Doors. Because I was terrified of having more people in my house I decided to go forward with Prestige Garage Doors - they charged me 1800.00 for new springs. TOld me I had a 10 year warranty. I was shocked by the price but thought surely no one would take advantage during Covid? The door worked for 2 months and it fried my garage door opener. I called them back to come fix it and they were hesitant. I started getting a sick feeling. So in a hunch I called another company to come have a look. Well- I was told Prestige Garage Doors installed the wrong springs and the wrong cables. Resulting in ruining my garage door opener. I called Prestige Garage Doors to give them an opportunity to make it right. The owner laughed at me and said he had my money and there is nothing I could do. So , I will leave it at that.
