Thomas quickly set up an appointment with me and sent all the relevant information to me through email before the appointment so I had time to do my research and ask questions at the appointment. Thomas also answered all my follow-up emails with a reasonable time frame. Jason and his team installed the furnace and hot water tank on a -20 day without any issues and was done within 5 hours.
