I had a GSW water tank and Aprilaire humidifier installed in May and the installation was done cleanly and efficiently.
However the tank has start release water through the valve and although it has taken a long time for the company to resolve my problem, Thomas and Ken are very professional and acted in a manner where they worked hard for various solutions by calling tech support for GSW and ultimately fixing this problem for me.
I would recommend them to my friends.
