New Installed Trane Furnace and A/C

I am in HVAC professional engineering over 20 years and I am satisfied with the new installed Trane Furnace and Air conditioning units on my home, I placed purchase order on new year day 2015 with Thomas Chen who is knowledgeable, honest and helpful man.
One thing need to improve is that the installtion team should talk to saleman in more specific way to fulfile exactly.
