I had Home Saving Inc. install the Trane furnace and AC in the summer of 2013. The sales representative offered a good price. However, on the installation day, sub-contractors showed up, very late, and rushed the work to get it done by the end of the day, and therefore did cut many corners - not installing the filter that was promised on the contract and more importantly did a fundamentally incorrect duct fitting, overall missing 4 items that was promised and discussed at the point of sales. After inspection, the company representative promised to send workers to fix the problems, however the same sub-contractors showed up, after two weeks, again 4 hours late, and they did not seem to know what they were supposed to fix and started to argue with the sales representative over the phone and with us. Long story short, stay away from this company, as you can pay for high end Trane equipment but get the worst installation service, resulting in low efficiency. The customer service is terrible and promises and appointments are highly unreliable.
