Not a very good buying experience. Poor Customer Service

This is the second time I have used this company to replace windows in my house. My first experience went well as we had a window and a sliding patio door replaced. The screen for the patio door was damaged during installation and after weeks of waiting and multiple calls they finally returned to install a new one. The second time I had them replace ten windows under the Green On energy rebate program. A screen for a family room window was missing so the installer informed us that he will have another one ordered. The installation was completed in June and it is now November and we still have not received the screen. We have called numerous times speaking to customer service and leaving messages but all we are told is that a new one has been ordered but has not yet arrived. The North Star windows that we purchased from them are great, however the service that we have received is extremely poor.
