Creative Remodeling Solutions

This is my 2nd review for Creative Remodeling Solutions. I met Roger and his son Isaac last year when they installed vanities in our ensuite bathroom and our main bathroom upstairs (which entailed demolition work). (I had met Roger initially through my own son who had contracted CRS to renovate 2 of his own bathrooms). Wonderful job at our house as I indicated in my review last year and I said I would look to CRS for any further jobs I had...that time came sooner rather than later. We have just had a new floor/toilet installed in the ensuite bathroom which meant removing the vanity that Roger had just installed last year along with further demolition. The job was finished with a "10 out of 10" and I can't say enough about the work done by CRS - finishing work, clean up, all in all terrific work done in a timely fashion. Roger will be back to our home later this month to install pot lights in our kitchen.

I would highly recommend CRS for any remodeling jobs you may have.

P.S. My son will be doing his own review but I can definitely say his 2 bathrooms are beautiful....what a great job done on both by Creative Remodeling Solutions!

Selecting Roger and his crew was one of my decisions that really panned out for the better. When selecting a contractor, I really wanted someone who could communicate, who can provide feedback and ideas, but not insult or dismiss my suggestions. Roger came in a little higher than another contractor in the running but it was his courteous customer service skils that won him the job. And his willingness to work with you, your schedule, your budget and your constraints. We renovated a 25 year old ensuite bathroom that included demolition and removal of a bathtub and vanitiy and a installation of a stand up shower and tiles. In addition, his crew expanded my bedroom closet to a walk in closet. The crew was pressed for time, as they had our move-in date to meet as well as work with the painters that we hired, but they completed everything on time just the way we expected it. I already have people who have seen his work at my house looking to hire him and I have no problems in promoting his services - it is really hard to find good customer service so when I do, I pay it forward without hesistation
