My story is simple; We had a total flood of a finished basement area, this area was my wife's studio and teaching area... it was a mess.
I called Joel Nelson of PuroClean, got his name in the middle of the nite on the internet. He called early the next morning and it just got better every day from when he arrived to five days later when we were ready to proceed to install new floors, trim, and drywall.
In summation Joel Nelson/PuroClean made a really bad situation much much easier to cope with and his attitude and smile was a comfort.
