I used Alan from AllMax for 2 pre-purchase home inspections in an old part of the city. It was the first time we purchased an older home so it was quite a learning experience for us. Alan was very professional, thorough, and pointed out to us all the potential problems/fixes that we would need to do on the home. His report was extremely detailed and helpful for us.
