I emailed Alan a few times before booking him, and his communication was excellent. We had the misfortune of water damage into our ceiling, so I wanted to make sure he would take a look at our roof. On the day of the inspection, he showed up on time for our appointment and went through our entire home. Alan went above and beyond (literally!) and scaled our house to inspect and photograph the state of the roof. He also went into our attic to get a view of the roof problem from the inside. Together, we went through the entire house and he explained the other deficiencies and helped to write up the report. I'm happy that we chose AllMax for our one-year warranty inspection.

Thanks Chi, It certainly was a windy day and a difficult climb up, but you had a very specific problem and I needed to get to the "top" of it (literally) to show you how to get your new builder to rectify the problem. You now know exactly what mistakes were made and how to approach the builder in the required repairs.
I find that being a great inspector is only 50% of how good your technical or investigative skills are and the other 50% is good communication. If the message isn't conveyed properly then the point can be confusing or even lost on a home owner, especially if they have no understanding of construction or are first time house owners. I was happy I could help you with this peculiar situation. Best Regards, Alan - AllMax
