I called Alan the morning that I was planning on bidding on a house, and he was able to accommodate me that day, which is a feat on its own! He did a thorough job with a lot of attention to "the little things" as well as the large, and explained the issues I may possibly face with the house. He answered all my questions, and I felt more comfortable in making such a large financial decision. He was professional, and I would recommend him to others in the future.
