Nick helped us with emergency service two times; one time the furnace broke during a weekend when outside were -10C. He was available on short notice, investigated and fixed the issue at unexpectedly small cost for an over the weekend, emergency repair; the second time was also an emergency, with a gas pipe broken outside the house; he was again very prompt and the price very good. It is nice to have somebody as professional responding to a desperate call on such a short notice and then not charging an arm and a leg; but that is not the best thing about Nick; the best thing is the quality of his work and the passion he puts into it. When you see how he works, when he explains why he does what he does and when you see the work completed, you can sleep sound at night knowing that you and your family are safe. I almost wish my furnace and water heater were older to ask him to change; when it comes to gas don't look for the cheapest; you might save $10-$15 with somebody else but you won't get half of the quality that he consistently delivers.
