Needed a simple job to replace an outdoor faucet and they quoted $399. Thats an insanely high price for a job even the plumber agreed would be very easy and the replacement piece was $25.
They charged me $80 for the visit to get the quote, and were here less than 5 min.
Ive had good experiences historically but this one was disappointing. I wont use them for small jobs in the future.
