Called June 30th, 2016 to cancel my service.... june 5th, still waiting for it to be cancelled. Need to pay for the one time Mr Furnace came for a diagnosis even though I should be entitled to two maintenance per term as noted behind their contract...so really, that's not insurance. I was put on hold many times, I can't count and I asked for a copy of the cancellation via email and she said yes...sounds good right? When I asked if she had my email before I hung up, she didn't have it. Good grief....I wonder if I'll ever get this cancelled.
