Repair of a water heater

- I called Mr. Furnace after my water heater stopped producing hot water I was only getting room temperature water ( which made me laugh I was thinking a thermocouple issue and it was that's usually the first thing to go )

- When I called Mr. Furnace I was treated with respect, the details were all put into place properly which was absolutely impressive to me, there were 3 follow up calls to get everything coordinated time and appointment wise once again I was treated with the utmost respect.

- I was told that a lad by the name of Cory was going to come by and have a look at my water heater, then I remembered a gent by the same name who did some annual maintenance on a boiler which I own, which I can say he took it to limit of maintenance, I got to see the burners, the inside of a tankless boiler. That made my day

-When Cory showed up to look at my hot water tank he went at it no holds barred. He shared information with me during the process, I asked him questions, he answered honestly. He made numerous phone calls in an effort to try and find parts and he tried to accelerate the process of fixing the water heater as he said “You can't live without hot water”. During the time he spent here doing his work, he and I had conversations about technical things, and he did not treat me like I was just the average “dummy”. That impressed me to no end. I actually seen a service-ended worker that just doesn't want to come in and get out. After the parts for the heater were found, he came back and he realigned everything and it worked on a trial and error basis, but he did not give up and he got the heater working.

I can without a doubt say Cory is without any doubt one of the best service technicians that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I would just like to send my thanks out to the office staff of Mr. Furnace and Cory Hoffer for their patience and support. I could not expect any more from any service provider.
